Communications. We store email drafts and messages sent and received as part of your negotiation cases.
Usage data. We collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Parlio service, including conducting negotiations on your behalf
- To research market data relevant to your negotiation cases
- To draft, send, and receive emails related to your cases
- To process payments and calculate success fees
- To communicate with you about your account and cases

3. How We Protect Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Sensitive data such as names, addresses, and contact details are encrypted before storage. Our AI systems work with redacted text to prevent data leakage during processing.
All data is isolated to your account. Other users cannot access your cases, messages, or personal information.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With counterparties. When you approve an email draft, we send it to the counterparty on your behalf.
- Service providers. We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), and AWS (hosting and authentication).
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we cancel all active cases and your subscription, and anonymize your personal data. Historical case records are retained in anonymized form.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
