Terms of Service

Parlio is an AI-powered negotiation assistant that helps users negotiate bills, contracts, and purchases. The Service researches market data, builds negotiation strategies, and drafts emails for users to review, approve, and send to counterparties.

Parlio does not send any communication without your explicit approval. You review and approve every email before it is sent.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Parlio offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

On applicable plans, Parlio charges a success fee equal to a percentage of the money saved through negotiation. The success fee percentage is displayed on the pricing page and at the time of plan selection.

When a negotiation concludes successfully, you will be presented with a savings breakdown and asked to confirm or dispute the calculated savings before any success fee is charged.

If you disagree with the savings calculation, you may dispute it with a written explanation. Disputes will be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your bills, contracts, and purchases
• Review all email drafts before approving them for sending
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud any party
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data

By using the Service, you authorize Parlio to send emails to counterparties on your behalf after you have reviewed and approved each message. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of approved messages.

Parlio will never send any communication without your explicit approval.

Parlio does not guarantee any specific outcome from negotiations. Results depend on many factors including the counterparty's willingness to negotiate, market conditions, and the specifics of your situation.

The Service provides AI-generated research and drafts. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information provided is complete or error-free. You should verify important details independently.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all active cases will be cancelled, your subscription will be cancelled, and your personal data will be anonymized.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the Service.
